William "Shemp" Yastcemski

Experience 

Shemp began his employment with Mad Dog Construction in the mid-1980s as a carpenter, during a period when Mad Dog self-performed many of the construction tasks.  Shemp was one of Mad Dog’s top carpenters for years, specializing in fine woodworking. He was then promoted to Assistant Superintendent and later Superintendent. Shemp has experience on many types of construction projects including commercial office space, student/multi-family housing, residential, and hospitality projects.

Shemp’s Superintendent responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, scheduling work with subcontractors, scheduling delivery of materials, ensuring project safety, preparing daily job reports, maintaining as-built drawings, ensuring quality, coordinating inspections with building department, preparing punch lists, and general oversight of all jobsite activities.
