John Bartlett

Experience & Education

John started his construction career as a high-rise scaffold builders in the early 1980's. In October of 1991 he began working with a local Tallahassee General Contractor, beginning as a form carpenter ad concrete finisher. With over 29 years of construction experience, John has worked as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent gaining valuable knowledge along the way. John has extensive experience in University and K-12 projects in addition to retail, government and healthcare facilities.

 

John's Superintendent responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, scheduling work with subcontractors, scheduling delivery of materials, ensuring project safety, preparing daily job reports, maintaining as built drawings, ensuring quality, coordinating inspections with the building department, preparing punch lists and general oversight of all jobsite activities.
